In response to recent decisions regarding COVID-19, the Campus Activities Resource Center will take preventative action and close for rest of the spring semester starting tomorrow, March 11.

The CARC desk is here to help!!! We want all campus activities to grow and thrive, so come to us with any questions about reservations, funding, and promotion. Our new help desk is located just across from the popcorn stand in the RC!

Hello and Happy Monday! If you are leading a student group and have questions about event planning, CampusGroups, or the new scheduling system, come visit our help desk! Located across from the popcorn stand, we are here to help all campus activities find success. While the resource center is open earlier and later, the help desk is staffed the following hours:

Monday: 12:20pm-2:50pm and 4:40pm-6:10pm
Tuesday: 6:10pm-7:40pm
Wednesday: 12:20pm-2:50pm and 5:40pm-7:10pm
Thursday: 11:25am-12:55pm and 3:00pm-4:30pm
Friday: 2:30pm-4:00pm and 4:40pm-6:10pm
Saturday: 12:00-1:30pm
