Spring Work Day is here, and it means one thing, camp season is officially on the way! 🌿☀️

We’re rolling up our sleeves to get everything ready: clearing trails, opening cabins, cleaning up, and bringing camp back to life after the winter. It’s always amazing to see the place transform and come together with everyone’s help.

Nothing beats that first day back, fresh air, good company, and the excitement of a new season just around the corner. Let’s get camp ready! 💪🌲

The Cornell Biomedical Engineering Society is excited to hold this Fall's Girl Scout Engineering Day! Registration is open and will close October 10th at 11:59 pm. The event is FREE. Badges are available for purchase at $4 per badge.

Where: In-Person! Join us at Cornell University. Cornell Biomedical Engineering PhD students will prepare numerous fun and interactive engineering lesson plans for your girl scouts to enjoy!

When: Sunday, November 9th, 2025. There will be two sessions to choose from. The morning session will run from 10am-1pm with check-in at 9:30am. The afternoon session will run from 2pm-5pm with check-in at 1:30pm.

Who: Activities are developed for Girl Scouts between 2nd and 8th grade.

What & Why: Our event features hands-on activities where Girl Scouts will have the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge science and engineering while experiencing the self-discovery process through engaging activities!

These events also allow the Girl Scouts to interact directly with current scientists (Cornell PhD Students) and learn about what it is like to work in STEM.

Summer camp at Comstock is in full swing, starting with Troop Core! It was a weekend filled with sunshine, smiles, and adventure! A few amazing campers even braved the cold water of Cayuga Lake early in the morning for Polar Plunge!
