WIN A FREE SHIRT BY FUNDRAISING $200 FROM JUNE 1 -8! Details below:

Challenge runs June 1 ( 12:00 am CT) – June 8th (11:59 pm CT).
Raise $200 in total donations ONLINE (website, mobile app or Facebook fundraising*) and earn a retro art baseball ¾ sleeve shirt (one shirt per registered participant during the challenge time period).

Fundraising can be on the 2022 or 2023 (if already renewed & rolled) event website.**

A report of individuals who have met the $200 online fundraising amount will be pulled at the conclusion of the challenge. Redemption Emails*** will be sent to those who qualify. If a qualifying participant does not receive an email by 6/13, please notify your staff partner or ELT.

Production of the shirts will begin once we have collected the winners shirt sizes. Shirts will be shipped directly to the individual based on the address they provide****

* Facebook fundraising must be set-up through the participants event management center and connected to their event website in order to qualify. Donations from a non-connected Facebook fundraiser can’t be verified or reported on.
** If the 2023 website is live, participants must be registered and fundraise on the 2023 website.
*** Anyone with an email suppression in our system will most likely not receive an email. Please contact your staff partner in this case to make arrangements.
**** Collection of sizes/addresses, production, and shipping may take up to 6 weeks AFTER the completion of the challenge and shipping times will vary.

ATTENTION!! All chaperone forms must be emailed to [email protected] by the end of the day tomorrow. If your team does not require chaperones (if participants are over the age of 18) then please email us with your team naming stating that no chaperones will be submitting forms for your team. Our event cannot run with the help of chaperones so this is necessary, thank you!

This is a opportunity for Relayers to enhance the event experience in a variety of ways! The more people fundraising, the better the event experience. The more funds raised, the better the event experience. Having cool items at your event, the better the event experience. The more supported our participants feel, the better the experience. The more impact to our mission, the better the experience. The more we have to celebrate, the better the experience. You get the point!

From April 26-28th, we will be tracking events who have the highest percentage of registered individuals who are fundraising. The event with the highest percentage wins an epic prize!
.. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!
EVERY event that shows growth in the number of fundraising participants during these three days will be entered into a wild card drawing.

Both the overall winner as well as one wild card will win a prize of your choice to enhance your event experience! First place prize examples: Giant blow up movie screen, giant blow up RFL purple Chair, Blowing waving guy, New RFL Arch.
