💙May is Mental Health Awareness month💙
Our students are carrying a lot. According to the CDC, 2 in 5 high schoolers report persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness. Over half of public schools have seen a rise in students seeking mental health services this school year. And for those who need support, navigating the complicated maze of care can be overwhelming.
That's why we're proud to share that, thanks to the generous support of Foundation donors, ALL students, families, and staff in our district have FREE access to Care Solace.
🔹 What is Care Solace?
Care Solace is a confidential care coordination service that quickly connects you to mental health, substance use, and social service providers in our area — regardless of your insurance status, financial situation, or schedule.
🔹 Who is it for?
Every student. Every family member. Every staff member. No exceptions.
🔹 How does it work?
Call or visit caresolace.com/issaquah and a Care Companion will do the hard work for you — finding available, qualified providers and guiding you through every step of the process.
You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. Help is available, it's free, and it's confidential.
Thank you to our incredible Foundation donors for making this possible. 💙
