So we are being told to “shelter-in-place,” 🏡 but what about those families whose “shelter” is in danger because of financial strains due to caring for their heart baby in the hospital? GGH is sending out 4 months rent for a family who has found themselves in that position.

Thank you to everyone who supports GGH all year long, so that we can continue to say “yes” to families even when we have been forced to shelf fundraising events (like our 2020 gala). We couldn’t do it without 𝓎𝑜𝓊! ♥️

Remember that 50/50 raffle ticket you bought at our last event? How about the donation you gave for Gavin’s polar plunge efforts? The registration fee from November’s Turkey Trot? All of those generous showings of support for GGH have allowed us to make this donation 👆🏼We will be sending $2000 worth of gift cards to Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital to be distributed to the parents with heart warriors in the cardiac NICU. These donations will help alleviate travel expenses (gas, tolls) to and from the hospital to sit by their baby’s side, pay for a meal that may have otherwise gone uneaten, show these families that they are not alone in this struggle. THANK YOU everyone — for supporting GGH when times were better so that we can support families when the times have turned worse. ♥️
