We have a generous mission to impact people locally, nationally and globally by mobilizing and developing partners to serve the underprivileged.

We have a generous mission to impact children and adolescents around the world by being the change in their life, in hopes of a better future. We mobilize and develop teams to serve children in need through gifts, essential supplies and resources to further their life forward. Our Radical Movement through the mobilization of volunteers, creates experiential opportunities for generosity through bui

lding community. We give joy and hope to those in need that we serve so that they may be empowered for a better future. Each act of generosity creates a ripple effect of positive change for both those giving and receiving. In the past 4.5 years we have raised over a half million dollars, mobilized over 2000 volunteers, given 10000+ kids the gift of hope during the holiday season, distributed 4,307 pre-filled backpacks for children in need.

Backpacks for a Cause is officially LIVE 🎒

This initiative helps provide backpacks, school supplies, and support to children heading into the new school year feeling prepared, confident, and ready to thrive. This year, our goal is to support 3,000 children across our communities.

While school supply donations are always appreciated, monetary donations make the biggest impact by allowing us to purchase exactly what is needed and distribute resources where they are needed most.

Be sure to check in with your local hub or visit out website to see what donations are needed in your area and to stay updated on upcoming backpack events and distributions.

Our donation deadline is 8/31/26, and every contribution helps us move closer to our goal.

Together, we can help set children up for a stronger start to the school year.

As we prepare for the season ahead, we are getting ready to support students in our community with the supplies they need to feel confident and prepared for the school year.

This initiative is about more than backpacks. It is about showing up for families, creating opportunity, and making sure every child starts the year with what they need.

Be the Change 4.12 Miler 🏃‍♂️

Kick off the summer with us at North Park in Pittsburgh for a scenic run and a fun post-race celebration.

📍 10301 Pearce Mill Rd, Allison Park, PA

Choose your way to participate
• 4.12-mile race
• Untimed 1-mile family run
• Virtual option from anywhere

Why 4.12 miles? Because we go the extra mile, and it is a nod to Pittsburgh’s iconic 412 area code.

All proceeds support educational programming through our partnership with the Urban Impact Foundation, helping empower youth in the North Side of Pittsburgh.

Register by May 18 to receive a commemorative race shirt. Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers.

Our refreshed website is officially live.

We have been working behind the scenes to create a more organized and accessible space where our community can stay connected, explore upcoming events, learn more about our initiatives, and find ways to get involved with Operation Impact.

This is just the beginning, with even more updates and hub specific features still to come.

A special thank you to Alex for the time, talent, and dedication poured into helping refresh and improve the website. We are incredibly grateful for the support and excited for what this next chapter will bring.

Operation Family Impact may still be new, but what we have already experienced has shown us exactly why this initiative matters so deeply.

Supporting our first family reminded us of the power of community and what can happen when people come together with purpose. It was meaningful, emotional, and a true reflection of the heart behind this mission.

We are honored to share that we are officially beginning the process of selecting our second family to support. This is only the beginning, and each family we have the privilege of walking alongside continues to strengthen the purpose behind this work.

Roll for a Reason 🛼

Join us on Sunday, July 19, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Astro Skate of Brandon for a fun, high-energy event that brings our community together.

Enjoy 2 hours of unlimited skating, along with races, games, raffles, and more. This is a chance to show up, have fun, and be part of something meaningful while supporting families in our communities.

• July 19 — Roll For A Reason in Tampa
• Plus, our 6th Annual Backpack Drive is officially underway

From community events to fundraising initiatives, every moment is centered around creating meaningful impact for children and families both locally and globally.

What started as a vision has grown into a movement powered by people who care, show up, and choose to make a difference. We are just getting started, and there is a place for you in it.

We are proud to recognize Max Klein, our Marketing Lead, for the energy, creativity, and dedication he brings to Operation Impact. From leading interactive tables at our team events to supporting Impact Kids, managing our merch table and sales, and so much more, Max consistently shows up in ways that move this mission forward.

His efforts help create meaningful experiences, strengthen our community, and expand the reach of our impact. We are incredibly grateful for his time, talent, and commitment.

We are proud to recognize Daniella Jimenez for her years of dedication and steady support behind the scenes at Operation Impact. From years, Daniella has played a key role in helping keep things running and moving forward.

She was instrumental in launching Operation Family Impact, helping shape the initiative and supporting Aurora and her family in such a meaningful way. Today, she continues to make an impact through her work on the grants team and in building strategic partnerships that strengthen our mission.
