76800 Overseas Highway - in the past few days, Fill has been spread and graded over the 2+ acre site of our next Community Park project. Over 6,100 TONS of ground limestone has been added in order to raise the property grade to a more resilient elevation. Stay tuned.....

Raising the grade. If you have recently passed 76800 Overseas Highway in Islamorada, you've likely noticed all the truckloads of fill on property. As we raise phase II funds to re-create the parcel into a 2.2-acre Community Park, we realize the value in raising the property elevation prior to adding future assets.

The Islamorada Foundation is humbled and excited. Thursday morning marks the end of a 32 year era of the former Islamorada Tennis Center building as we make room to turn the page to the next chapter @ 76800 Overseas Highway. Final renderings are on the horizon - stay tuned for Phase II (build out) fundraising opportunities.
