Cindy Claus Inc Non profit 501c-3 Cindy Claus Inc is now an official non profit. There are many who do great things during the holidays. I am just one.

For more than 2 decades we have had the privilege to create and evolve this effort to bring the hope of Christmas to upper keys children dealing with trauma, grief and other unforeseen circumstances. Over the years Cindy Claus and Eric the Elf have touched the lives of countless families through connections at children’s services, teachers, daycares and churches. By delivering gifts children dream

they could never have, we also reinforced the hope that Christmas brings. Since my husbands untimely passing, I have determined it best that I work primarily alone, with the exception of the wrapping dept(chief elf) who has been with us for years and a few close friends. Cindy Claus , a Merry Cause, is a who, not a what. She is forever part of who I am, as well as part of my husbands legacy. I want to thank the community for your continued support in bringing the hope of Christmas in this very unique way to local children. After much deliberation, my choice is to request monetary donations and not be part of raffles, or fund raising events. I will however be seen in character with children through the year. I look forward to, and thank you for, continued financial support with Cindy Claus. Respectfully,

I want to take a moment to share one way that together WE(those who support cindyclausinc.org, those who are visited and myself, are building community one interaction at a time.
Cindy Claus is not a Christmas time transaction. It is an interaction that build community. This, was an exceptional year for seeing the fruit of this.
There is quite a back story to the young man who enjoyed his first NFL football game seeing his favorite team in club seats this past weekend.
A little over a year ago I was taking photos of a local theatre production. There, I became acquainted with someone who would not only become a friend, but a catalyst and encourager of mine and so many other worthwhile events that happen in our community.
Following that I showed up to photograph a dance recital for 2-4 friends and left with about 30 friends and an incredible love for all of the Spotlight Dance Family.
Fast forward to December 2025. During the tech week for Spotlight’s Christmas recital I enjoyed capturing candid moments. It was during this week I also made contact with this mom, who mind you asked me for a Dolphin hoodie for her son. I(knowing zero about attending pro football) asked her if he’d ever been to a game.
Oh I’ve never even priced tickets was her response.
WELL, I told her let me make a few calls. I know some people. I called my dance dad friend and told him I needed his help. As it turned out- Spotlight Studio had two tickets for their silent auction that week. So, not only did we make a young boys dream come true, I got to support some of my favorite people.
There are many more stories from this year like this. I hope you’ve read it in its entirety because this is how we build and foster community.
I’m just the one who delivers the message of hope and love, but we are all doing this together!

Every one of these photos tells a story. My heart is so overwhelmed with all the incredible miraculously orchestrated thought to be unattainable memories that everyone who supports Cindyclausinc.org made possible.
There are so many things I’ll be sharing. I hope this little taste fills your hearts with joy.
