What an incredible evening filled with community, hope, faith, teamwork, and prayer.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made tonight’s Father’s Day Brave Box Packing Party so meaningful. We would especially like to recognize Generations Community Church Isanti and Pastors Ryan and Jen for graciously hosting this event and providing such outstanding hospitality. Your generosity and support mean more than words can express.

We are also deeply grateful to community representatives, congregation members, supporters, volunteers, and dear friends who gave their time, energy, and encouragement to this initiative. Your hands packed boxes, but your hearts filled them with love, compassion, and hope.

Today, these special boxes will be delivered to NICU fathers as a reminder that they are seen, valued, appreciated, and not alone. It is our hope that each box provides a moment of encouragement, strength, and comfort during an incredibly challenging season. While much attention is rightfully given to mothers and babies, we also recognize the often-unseen emotional weight that fathers carry throughout the NICU journey.

Because at The Brave Foundation, we believe that no parent should ever have to walk the NICU journey alone.

Filled with love, resources, and hope, these are some of my favorite boxes to deliver. Each Brave Box is valued at approximately $80 and is thoughtfully curated to support NICU families during one of the most challenging seasons of their lives.

What makes these boxes even more meaningful is that they were sponsored by someone who believed in our mission and generously covered the cost of the box—including a $25 fuel gift card. Through their generosity, families receive not only practical support, but also a powerful reminder that their journey matters.

I love that these families experience encouragement from both sides: from parents who have personally walked the NICU journey before and understand the road ahead, and from compassionate community members who may not have shared the experience themselves but recognize the importance of standing beside those who are living it. It’s a beautiful example of hope, kindness, and community coming together to remind families that they are not alone.
