FUND THE NEED:
Last Christmas, The Brave Foundation - NICU Support provided ๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฑ๐๐ฌ through the The Brave Box project to families who unfortunately spent the holidays at the bedside of their critically ill infants instead of at home where they belonged.
This year, weโre hoping to ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ.
๐ Our goal is to provide ๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฑ๐๐ฌ to families who will spend the holidays in the NICU with their critically ill babiesโbringing comfort, practical support, encouragement, and a reminder that they are not alone.
๐ WHAT MIGHT BE INSIDE A CHRISTMAS BRAVE BOX?
To give you an ๐ข๐๐๐ of the love, care, and support that goes into these boxes, hereโs a look at what was inside each of ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซโ๐ฌ ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฑ๐๐ฌ. ๐

Reaching this goal will help us work toward providing ๐๐๐ Christmas Brave Boxes, but the impact of these funds will extend far beyond Christmas.
Funds raised will also help us:
๐ Replenish the supportive and comfort items we provide to NICU families throughout the year.
๐ Continue fulfilling Brave Box requests for families navigating some of the most difficult days of their lives.
๐ Restock quality items that are part of our ongoing outreach, including our cups and other practical resources families can use during long hospital stays.
๐ Make a much-needed investment in the size, durability, and quality of our Brave Boxes themselves.
Our boxes are quite literally bursting at the seams. As our program has grown, so has the amount of love and support we try to fit inside each one.
We have reached the point where our current boxes simply cannot comfortably hold everything we want to provide.
One of our next major goals is to move away from purchasing individual boxes through Amazon and begin working with a quality distributor to obtain larger, durable, professionally pre-logoed Brave Boxes that can grow alongside our mission.
This tournament is so much more than a day of golf.
Itโs what that day allows us to do afterward.
It allows us to walk into hospitals with arms full.
It allows us to answer when another NICU family reaches out and says, โWe need support.โ
It allows us to continue growing a mission born from our own NICU journey into something that can make another familyโs journey feel a little less lonely.
We cannot do this alone. This is community impact. It takes golfers, sponsors, donors, volunteers, businesses, families, friends, and people who simply believe that NICU families deserve to feel supported.
