Wilkinson County 4-H at WCES! 🌿
A huge thank you to Wilkinson County Elementary School for hosting us, and a special shoutout to Mrs. Harless and Mrs. Burke for opening your classrooms to us.
We had an incredible time with the students and can't wait to be back in September with more activities!

Session 1: Jam and Jelly is just a week away! Spots are filling up for both the youth and adult sessions.

This is just the first in a series of four homesteading workshops that we will be holding now until December.

🎯 Help Shape the Next Generation—Become a 4-H S.A.F.E. Shooting Sports Coach! 🍀

Do you enjoy the outdoors, shooting sports, and mentoring youth? Wilkinson County 4-H is looking for dedicated volunteers to serve as 4-H S.A.F.E. (Shooting Awareness, Fun, and Education) Shooting Sports Coaches!

As a certified 4-H coach, you'll have the opportunity to:
✅ Teach safe and responsible firearm, archery, or shotgun handling
✅ Build confidence, leadership, and life skills in young people
✅ Promote sportsmanship, ethics, and respect
✅ Make a lasting impact in Wilkinson County

No previous coaching experience is required—training and certification are completed through Georgia 4-H. Whether you're an experienced shooter, hunter, or simply passionate about helping youth learn in a safe environment, we'd love to have you on our team!

Our Homeschool 4-H meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday, July 15, from 1:00–2:00 PM at the East Wilkinson Library.

Whether you're new to 4-H or just want to learn more, this is a great opportunity to discover the exciting programs, clubs, events, and activities available through Wilkinson County 4-H. Enjoy fun, educational, hands-on activities while meeting other homeschool families and exploring all that 4-H has to offer!

The Macon Bacon will be having a 4-H and Superhero Night on June 13! Bring the whole family out for a fun night at the ballpark while supporting our county 4-H program.

🎟 Tickets are $17, and a portion of each ticket goes back to our County 4-H! Kids 3 and under are free!

The results are in!
Thank you to those who donated on April 1st through the 4th for the first-ever multiday $4 for 4-H.
Wilkinson County received 27 Donations That brought in $312 for the program! Thank you for your support!
