Discover 4-H Project Achievement!
This month during our club meetings, students in 4th and 5th grade across the county were introduced to one of 4-H's exciting opportunities for Cloverleafs; Project Achievement.

What is Cloverleaf DPA?
District Project Achievement (DPA) is an exciting, hands-on 4-H event for 4th-6th grade students, where students research a topic of their choice that will fit into one of over 50 categories, build a creative presentation, and share it with peers and friendly judges. This also includes no-cook food, dancing, and singing.

What Does It Do for Students?
Builds Public Speaking Mastery: Kids learn how to organize their thoughts and command a room with poise.

Boosts Self-Confidence: Standing up to present a project teaches youth to trust in their preparation and celebrate their hard work.

Fosters Real-World Curiosity: Students dive deep into a subject they are genuinely passionate about.

Whether you're new to 4-H or just want to learn more, this is a great opportunity to discover the exciting programs, clubs, events, and activities available through Wilkinson County 4-H. Enjoy fun, educational, hands-on activities while meeting other homeschool families and exploring all that 4-H has to offer!

Wilkinson County 4-H at WCES! 🌿
A huge thank you to Wilkinson County Elementary School for hosting us, and a special shoutout to Mrs. Harless and Mrs. Burke for opening your classrooms to us.
We had an incredible time with the students and can't wait to be back in September with more activities!

🎯 Help Shape the Next Generation—Become a 4-H S.A.F.E. Shooting Sports Coach! 🍀

Do you enjoy the outdoors, shooting sports, and mentoring youth? Wilkinson County 4-H is looking for dedicated volunteers to serve as 4-H S.A.F.E. (Shooting Awareness, Fun, and Education) Shooting Sports Coaches!

As a certified 4-H coach, you'll have the opportunity to:
✅ Teach safe and responsible firearm, archery, or shotgun handling
✅ Build confidence, leadership, and life skills in young people
✅ Promote sportsmanship, ethics, and respect
✅ Make a lasting impact in Wilkinson County

No previous coaching experience is required—training and certification are completed through Georgia 4-H. Whether you're an experienced shooter, hunter, or simply passionate about helping youth learn in a safe environment, we'd love to have you on our team!

The Macon Bacon will be having a 4-H and Superhero Night on June 13! Bring the whole family out for a fun night at the ballpark while supporting our county 4-H program.
