Debes Creer En Ti (DCET), is the Spanish acronym and motto of our Community Learning Centers. Our students named our initiatives as: "LA ESCUELITA" (The Small School). In English our motto DCET translated into English means: Believe in Yourself, a sense of belonging to all of us: Board of Directors, Staff, Students and Literacy Partners. DCET was founded in 1995 to assist the fast-growing number o

f Hispanic/Latino families in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area as a private, non-profit corporation established under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. DCET is dedicated to provide Educational, Mentoring, Cultural and Community programs for the social and economic well-being of Hispanic youth and their families. DCET assists the needs of the immigrant communities in the areas of personal and business development focusing in Literacy, Mentoring, and Health.

With sadness, we retire old technology that no longer serves a purpose. In 2002, DCET/Believe in Yourself, Inc. received a generous grant from IBM/Lenovo. These computers supported our students admirably! We express our gratitude to God for these blessings! DCET provides FREE EDUCATION... We seek additional tax deductible donations. Mi certificación como CFRE (Ejecutivo Certificado en Recaudación de Fondos) me permite demostrarle en este taller habilidades profesionales de recaudación de fondos para que su organización sea financiada guiada por un plan de acción.
