We’re so excited to finally announce our Night of Promise Gala: The Roaring ’20s! 🥂

Most importantly, this night is helping us continue our work with families experiencing homelessness right here in our community. Every ticket helps us provide families with the support and resources they need to get back on their feet and find a place to call home. 🏡

Today is NTX Giving Day! 💙 A wonderful day to show your support! 💜 ⭐️

We are asking our Family Promise of Irving family to come together for one of our biggest fundraising efforts of the year.

If you have supported us before then you already know what we believe: every child deserves a safe place to call home. 🏡

The families we serve are working hard to rebuild their lives, but they cannot do it alone. Your support helps provide safe shelter, meals, transportation, essential needs, and the guidance families need to move toward stable housing.

Today, even a $20 gift matters. Twenty dollars may not feel like a lot, but when our community comes together, those gifts become something powerful. They help a child have a safe place to sleep. They help a parent take another step toward housing. They help a family move from crisis toward stability.

💙Early Giving for NTX Giving Day is OPEN! 💙

Every child deserves a home.
A bed to sleep in.
A place to keep their favorite things.
A safe space to do their homework.
A kitchen where they can have a warm meal.

But for families experiencing homelessness, those simple things can suddenly feel out of reach.

At Family Promise of Irving, we serve families with children who are facing one of the most difficult seasons of their lives. And while the circumstances may be complicated, one thing is simple:

Children should never have to carry the weight of homelessness.

All of Irving’s Homeless Services Providers all together at Irving Bible Church this morning. Family Promise, Many Helping Hands, Level Pathways, LifeChange Housing Associates and The Table- Irving. People don’t realize how much we do to work together to make a difference in my lives of our unhoused neighbors and friends in Irving. !

North Texas Giving Day 2026 is near!

We’re excited to officially launch our 2026 North Texas Giving Day campaign, with Early Giving beginning Thursday, August 27!

At Family Promise of Irving, we know that behind every request for help is a family working hard to keep their children safe, a family struggling to put food on the table, or a parent doing everything they can to find stable housing.

Your gift helps us meet families in those moments.

🏠 A safe place to stay while a parent works toward stability.
🥫 Groceries when a family is facing food insecurity or waiting on SNAP benefits.
⛽ Gas and essential support that helps parents get to work and keep moving forward.
🧼 Hygiene and household essentials that families need during a difficult season.
❤️ Connections to community resources when we can’t provide the service a family needs ourselves.

In 2025, approximately 350 families reached out through our Get Help form, and we received around 1,200 calls for assistance. We made 600+ referrals to connect families with resources and organizations throughout our community.

Those numbers represent real families. Real parents. Real children. And real moments when someone needed help.

Last night was something truly special. ❤️

Our Night of Promise was filled with so much love, hope, and community and it’s all because of YOU!

To everyone who showed up, sponsored, donated, volunteered, shared our mission, and believed in the families we serve… thank you doesn’t feel big enough. Because of your support, families in our community are one step closer to stability, to peace, to home.

Watching a family bravely share their story, seeing a room full of people lean in with compassion, and feeling the joy and connection throughout the night… it’s a reminder of why we do what we do.

This work is not easy but nights like this remind us we’re not doing it alone.
