UD Best Buddies Crusader's Pals at UD, sponsored by Campus Ministry, is part of a global volunteer movement that builds friendships with people with disabilities.

Best Buddies International is a non-profit organization founded on the Christian principle of loving your neighbor. It was created for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD's), often marginalized in the broader community, i

n order to provide one-on-one friendships with college students and people in corporate and civic communities. While Best Buddies helps people with IDD experience meaningful relationships and grow personally, those who volunteer their time with Best Buddies also grow as individuals and develop meaningful relationships.
