Hey church...did you know that Wesleyan Academe recieved a the DCHHS Community Garden Mini-Grant of $1000.00 to continue growing and learning right here at the church? This mini-grant program provides limited funding to support community gardens in Dallas County, aiming to improve access to healthy food and promote healthier lifestyles. The kids have a full composting set up and are getting ready to install new planters. They LOVE getting to grow food and herbs, and we are so proud of our partnership. Way to go Wesleyan Academe!
