Want to lead the adventure?

Join us this summer at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia for the OA Summit Experience (OASE) Foreman in Training (FIT) program! Designed for young adults ages 18–20, FIT gives you the chance to help lead a weeklong OA High Adventure experience alongside on-staff foremen.

You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, support key program elements, and get a real taste of what it’s like to be a foreman.
