Venturing is a program of the Boy Scouts of America. We share aims, goals, culture, and values with the Boy Scouts. Venturing is open to young men and women ages 13, having completed the 8th grade, to 21. If you are 21 or over you may register as an adult. As an adult you will serve as an advisor to the youth of the program. Venturing is broken up into many groups to make the program manageable. W
e start with crews, then districts, then the councils, then into areas (We're one of those!), then regions, then we have the national organization.
