Some of you are breaking generational curses and don’t know it. We see you sis, keep going and don’t give up. Generational curses stop with US!
Do you believe history has a way of repeating itself?
Have you had a tugging at your heart to do something different from your family?
Are you changing the ways of old mindsets that were passed down to you?
Remember you are who your bloodline has been waiting for. This isn’t for the weak but God wouldn’t put more on you than you could bare.
Father, your word says Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law, having been made a curse for me. Therefore, I break and command every generational curse and their manifestations of sicknesses, diseases, dysfunctional lifestyles, failed marriages, character flaws, financial poverty, spiritual oppression, addictions, death and destruction off myself, past generations and all future generations, in Jesus’ name. I place the cross between all past generations and myself. Every curse and assignment must stop at the cross, in Jesus’ mighty name. Thank you Lord that I am now free from any and all generational curses in Jesus Name! Amen.

A child who has a secure relationship with their parents learns to regulate emotions under stress and in difficult situations.

As a parent I strive to have an open, honest and healthy relationship with my girl’s. In doing so I provide them with a non judgmental environment filled with respect, allowing them to feel comfortable coming to talk to me about anything. Sometimes as a parent we have to throw away some of the old myths about parenting and think about what we needed as a child when we were growing up.
Here are a few tips for building an open and honest relationship with your child.
🌻 Start right for a firm foundation.
🌻 Remember that all relationships take work.
🌻 Prioritize time with your child.
🌻 Start with trust.
🌻 Encourage, Encourage, Encourage.
🌻 Remember respect must be mutual.

NEVER FEEL SEXUAL ABUSE IS YOUR FAULT 🌻✨💜 As a SURVIVOR it took me years to come out and tell someone and when I did, I didn’t have the support I felt I should have. I want you to know that YOU ARE MORE THAN THE ABUSE YOU SUFFERED. Your body is yours and I want you to feel empowered enough to STAND UP AND SPEAK OUT!
As a SURVIVOR of sexual abuse the effects can be devastating. Victims may feel significant distress and display a wide range of psychological symptoms, both short- and long-term. They may feel powerless, ashamed, and distrustful of others. The abuse may disrupt victims development and increase the likelihood that they will experience other sexual assaults in the future💜✨🌻
IF YOU KNOW A SEXUAL ABUSE

In the short-term, victims may exhibit regressive behaviors such as thumb-sucking, bed-wetting in younger children, sleep disturbances, eating problems, behavior and/or performance problems at school, and unwillingness to participate in school or social activities🌻✨
Longer-term effects may be wide-ranging, to include anxiety-related, self-destructive behaviors such as alcoholism or drug abuse, anxiety attacks, and insomnia💜✨
Victims may feel betrayed and an inability to trust adults because someone they depended on has caused them great harm or failed to protect them✨🌻

I will heal so they don’t have to deal. Generational curses stop with me. I vow to pass on peace over trauma.
What are some generational curses you are breaking?
I’m teaching my girls that they don’t have to deal with relatives or anyone who is emotionally abusive towards them. The list of what I’m teaching them could go on!

TRANSPARENCY POST 🌻✨💜

In honor of May being mental health awareness I wanted to share my experience with mental health and the importance of having support.
I took this picture in February and I was having the hardest time of my life. Just because you see someone smiling doesn’t mean you know the silent battles they fight.
The enemy had his hands on me so strong I could barely get out of his grip. I was so depressed and battled with suicidal thoughts.
I hadn’t been depressed like this for years so it really took a toll on me. I could barely get out of bed at times, I didn’t want to shower, I would cry silently in the bathroom so my kids wouldn’t worry about me.
DEPRESSION DOESN’T HAVE A LOOK
Be mindful of what you say to people because a little can go a long way.
People would open up more if they felt they had a support system. People would open up more if they felt they could trust others with something so precious. People would open up more if they didn’t feel judged.
Be the support you want and need for someone else!
This is my truth and I stand in it unashamed

In everything I do I try to be intentional by allowing God speak to me. I always go before the father and ask him what he needs me to say to anyone who’s watching me.
This is what God told me
You are bigger than the pain you suffered and endured. You are bigger than the relationship that tried to kill you. You are bigger than those words that tried to mentally destroy you. You are bigger than the divorce that made you question yourself. You are bigger than the molestation. You are bigger than the r**e that you couldn’t tell anyone about. You are bigger than rejection. You are bigger than feeling unwanted. You are bigger than HURT, always remember pain last as long as you allow it to. Don’t let that pain brew inside of you to the point that you become bitter and angry with everyone around you. The time is now to forgive those who have hurt you because God has something bigger for you but he can’t ELEVATE you if you refuse to forgive and let the hurt go.

LET'S TALK ABOUT IT. These are the uncomfortable topics people don’t like to talk about. Kids have really good intuition and pick up on bad spirits better than a parent/adult can.

Pay attention to your child’s actions and reactions to people. If you see they are hesitant to deal with someone. Then DON’T force them.

If they ALWAYS become UNEASY behind that same adult then don’t have them always giving that adult a hug. They may know something you REFUSE to pay attention to.

Create a safe space for your child. So they can come to you and tell you about any issues that may be bothering them.
💜
There are predators out there destroying the lives of kids and some are in your FAMILY but you won’t open your eyes and see because you don’t want to believe they could be.

Being in a DV relationship caused me to loose my identity. I began to shift who I was to make him happy because my light shined to bright for him and this pulled at all his insecurities. Dimming my light caused me to hide who I was to eventually causing me to loose my identity. This month marks 7 years I left the abuse and haven’t returned. I’m not who I once was, chunks of me were taken away but I’m blossoming into who God has called me to be. 💜🌻✨

The work God has called you to do is NOT about you. It’s for the GENERATIONS! I declare mental chains to be broken off of your life in the mighty name of Jesus. I declare and decree that you will shake hells kingdom and cause the devil to fall. God didn’t call you to be perfect he called you to progress. There are NATIONS waiting for you, the time is now to step out your comfort zone. Understand that God is doing something new in you so embrace the journey. 🌻💜✨
