Good Fellow Lions, Leos, and Cub Members,
It is truly an honor to stand before you today as I complete my term as Chartered President of the CUB Club, Irving Everest Centennial Lions Club.
When I first began this journey, I knew being president would come with responsibilities. Still, I also knew it would be an opportunity to learn, grow, and serve alongside some wonderful people. Looking back now, I am incredibly grateful for everything this experience has taught me.
First and foremost, I want to thank every member of our CUB Club. I appreciate your support, your hard work, your ideas, and, most importantly, your willingness to come together to serve our community. A president may have a title, but a club succeeds because of its members. Every activity, every project, and every accomplishment we had was possible because we worked together.
I would also like to sincerely thank our Lions Club leaders, advisors, and everyone who guided and supported us throughout my term. Your encouragement and trust meant so much to me. Whenever I faced a challenge or had something new to learn, I knew I had people around me who were willing to help.
Serving as president has taught me that leadership is not about being the person in front. It is about listening, encouraging others, taking responsibility, and making sure everyone has an opportunity to contribute. I have learned that even the smallest act of service can make a meaningful difference.
I am especially proud of the memories we have created together. From our meetings and service activities to the moments when we simply laughed and enjoyed being together, these are experiences I will carry with me for a long time.
As my term comes to an end, I want you all to know how thankful I am for the opportunity to serve as your president. It has been a privilege, a learning experience, and a chapter of my life that I will always remember.
Although I am passing the responsibility of president to the next leader, I am not saying goodbye to our club or to the friendships we have built. I look forward to continuing to support the CUB Club and watching it grow and accomplish even more in the future.
Thank you for believing in me, supporting me, and allowing me to serve alongside all of you.
I am proud of what we have accomplished together, and I am even more excited for what lies ahead.
Thank you, everyone, and it has truly been an honor to serve as your president.
With gratitude,
Agrata Sigdel
