Boot Camp for New Moms At Boot Camp for New Moms, a team of veteran moms show rookie moms the ins and outs of motherhood.

Boot Camp for New Moms is a workshop for women in their third trimester of pregnancy with their first baby. During this workshop, Veteran Moms (and their 2- to 8-month-old babies) address Rookie Mom (that's you!) concerns and questions by sharing how they navigated the first months of parenthood. Topics include: building Dad's confidence, breastfeeding (it's not easy!), changes new moms face and parenting as a team.

Two pregnancies here for me and only one cervical check (my first when I arrived at the hospital in labor and at 8 cm 😳). How about you?

Learn when having your cervix checked might be helpful, and when it's okay to opt out.
