A few more days till Christmas.We didn't think we would be able to get enough supplies for our "Young Dreamers" toy giving event. We held in our hearts that God would never let us down. Indeed, His provision of toys this year arrived in perfect timing. So great to see a lot of children enjoyed their presents. (Our recipients increased in numbers these year).

A big appreciation and love to all our donors, especially Children's Hunger Fund. We also give thanks to Mr. and Mrs Allan and Ellen Bagamaspad for lending us their van to pick up our goods and supplies.

Thank you to my friends Amy, her husband Matt, their daughter Olivia and her brother-inlaw Steve who had driven all over the place and volunteered to distribute toys with us all day. We appreciate all of you in getting up so early and sitting long hours in traffic from Irvine to San Fernando Valley.

In addition, thank you to Aacyo Obieta and Gayle Lagrimas-Obieta for their never-ending support and assistance.

Lastly, a big hug filled with love and gratitude to my husband Bishop Stewart, my mother Leonor Jardinaso and my children Christian and Xander for the completion and making this event possible. It was another memorable and fun occasion to treasure.

We we're out late last night,Friday. We drove long hours through heavy traffic from Irvine to San Fernando Valley and on to Long Beach.

Looked like we unloaded lots of "trash bags". Actually, these are 300 wrapped stuffed toys. All of pieces will be distribited to children in various hospitals in the Philippines. Loi Herrera, founder of Guardian Angels of America is doing a toy drive today. If you wish to donate the drop off address is below:

What a smokin' awesome day at the Busch residence today. Got all the Pork cooking since last night and prepared fresh before dawn. We began delivering the orders all over Los Angeles (Yorba Linda, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Carson, Glendale, San Fernando Valley, Fontana, etc.) It was great and a relief to see Arlene & Kiana (recipients) recovering well since their incident.

Its an honor to announce that ROMAH Foundation, Inc. received an excellence award for its charitable service in the Fil-Am community on March 11, 2017. The formal gala dinner event was held at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles Airport; hosted by FACC SBLA (Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce South Bay Los Angeles California).

For the first time in 9 years, this moment truly came in as a great surpise especially for our Nonprofit organization to be publicly recognized. What an exciting moment indeed to the team!

Thank you foremost to God for this blessing. Secondly, to Loi Herrera of GAAF (Guardian Angels of America Foundation for her kind recommendations and to FACC SBLA for nominating ROMAH as an awardee. To all our friends, families and donors for the generous support. In addition, our deep appreciation to all our volunteers and missionaries for the countless hours of work, allowing our programs & services to continually thrive locally & internationally. This past Christmas eve 2016 would have been the first time in years being celebrated with tons of our families, cousins, new babies etc..gathered together in one roof. We were all so excited for the festivities. There were lots of gifts and plenty food prepared too!

Unfortunately everything was immediately cancelled. We received a heart shattering news on Friday evening that my cousin and niece were brutally stabbed (2 days before Christmas) and they were both in critical condition...we frantically feared the worst! (SEE OFFICIAL NEWS REPORT)

However God is good and gave them a second chance to live...Now they are faced with a challenging road to recovery...Our friends organized this GoFund page to help alleviate any future financial burdens they may have after being released from the hospital...

Each year we go to various local community schools, shelters, churches and give toys to children. It's with great importance to us to remind everyone that God's love is what Christmas is all about.

This time around, ROMAH brought not one but two young helpers with us, our sons Christian Emmanuel (2yrs old) and Xander Amadeus (10 months old). As parents, we need to let them see that actions speak louder than words. They both enjoyed being a part of it especially meeting other children.

Some of the recipients of our gifts were Anatola, Stagg, Sharp Elementary. Also all kids at Primary Academy For Success School, other children's ministries and more. So far, we've given away over 3000 toys this week (not yet done)...
