The auditions were INCREDIBLE, and we are thrilled to officially introduce the cast of WHAT EVERY GIRL SHOULD KNOW by Monica Byrne, the final production of The Wayward Artist’s 2026 season!

The talent that walked through the door during auditions blew us away, and we cannot wait to see what these four extraordinary actors bring to this provocative, funny, unsettling, and deeply moving play.

Set in a Catholic girls’ boarding school in 1914, What Every Girl Should Know explores friendship, faith, sexuality, power, and what happens when four young women begin imagining a world beyond the one they’ve been given.

The Wayward Artist is seeking adult actors (18+) to portray four teenage girls (14–15). All artists are paid.

Auditions: Sept. 12 & 14
