School is starting again! Join us for an interactive youth seminar designed to help Muslim teenagers navigate friendships, peer pressure, social media, academic stress, and identity while remaining grounded in their faith.

We’ll explore:
- Faith, identity, and fitting in
- Friends, peer pressure, and social media
- Stress and mental well-being
- Making confident, faith-centered decisions
- Knowing when and how to seek support
The program includes:

• Khala Noha Alshugairi — Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Positive Discipline Lead Trainer, and former school principal
