On Sunday, September 27 OC-ALA Friends, Family, Colleagues & Business Partners came together to walk in support of G. Komen’s More Than Pink 5K Walk, honoring the mission & shared vision to end breast cancer forever. It was a meaningful gathering that reflected both remembrance and hope, especially for anyone who has been impacted by breast cancer, with the reminder that no one is alone in this journey.

The ongoing funding and research behind breast cancer treatment continues to make a real difference in lives, expanding options and improving outcomes in powerful ways. There is still an opportunity for anyone who wishes to contribute to this important cause, and every bit of support helps move the mission forward.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families whose lives were forever changed, and to honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who answered the call in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

Earlier this week, OC-ALA welcomed our newest members for a fun-filled New Member Game Night! It was a great opportunity to connect, share some laughs, and learn more about everything our chapter has to offer.
