We’re excited to welcome Jill Schulman, who will present “Do the Hard Thing: Act When It Matters Most.” Jill will share about the science of bravery as a performance advantage, practical strategies to recognize hesitation, navigate difficult conversations with confidence, and make decisive leadership choices under pressure.

We had close to 30 members from the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators attend the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) 2026 Annual Conference & Expo in National Harbor, Maryland, this week!

We must say, it was truly inspiring joining more than 1,000 legal management professionals from across the country to engage in professional development, share ideas, and strengthen connections within our community.

A special shout-out to OC-ALA members Dea McCart, Donna Bustos, and Kelly Hess for their involvement in the 2026 Annual Conference & Expo Planning Project Team, who helped put the conference together.

Excited to hear the valuable knowledge our members will bring back!
