Residents of Alton,

There has been a surge of theft in our building. Back in May, we had two bikes stolen in broad daylight.

The thief got into our parking garage by following a car into the gate. We really need to do a better job of keeping an eye out for people entering our building suspiciously.

It would be good to hear other stories from people.
