The idea of prematurely reopening schools as an election tactic contains a variety of issues. Health and Safety being the most prevalent. Sending both students,teachers, and additional staff back into school without the proper safety precautions to prevent COVID-19 is a recipe for disaster. Especially with the drastic increase in cases in the U.S. currently it is crucial to keep in mind that people’s lives are will be at stake if certain measures are not taken to protect people.
