On International Women in Engineering Day, we are proud to celebrate Erica and the countless women pursuing their passions through STEM.

As a former TGR Learning Lab Anaheim member, Erica found confidence, curiosity and a community of support that helped shape her path and inspire her future in engineering.

Today, she is building a career in mechanical engineering while helping create opportunities for the next generation of innovators.

What started with a vision to honor Earl Woods has grown into a nationwide community of nearly 350 scholars.

For 20 years, the Earl Woods Scholar Program has provided students from under-resourced communities with scholarships, mentorship, career readiness resources and a network of support that extends far beyond college.

Today, we honor Juneteenth and celebrate the strength, resilience and contributions of Black communities.

As we reflect on moments from a past Juneteenth gathering at the TGR Learning Lab Philadelphia, we're reminded of the importance of community, education and creating opportunities for future generations.

In addition to the Earl Woods Scholar Program, we offer college access programs like College & Career Bound Academy, helping students explore higher education, prepare for college and build confidence in their future.

For Pearl, College & Career Bound Academy provided the guidance, mentorship and support she needed to navigate the college application process as a first-generation student.

She explored potential majors, learned how to evaluate financial aid offers and gained the confidence to apply to 11 colleges. Today, she's headed to Chapman University to study Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and has earned a full-ride scholarship.

Selected from a competitive pool of applicants, these four outstanding students have demonstrated leadership, academic achievement, community involvement and a commitment to making a difference.

As they begin their journey through the Earl Woods Scholar Program, they'll receive scholarship support, mentorship, college guidance and access to a community dedicated to helping them thrive throughout college and beyond.
