We’re excited to invite you to be part of the Irrigon Watermelon Festival Arts & Craft Show!

📝 Vendor Info:
• Spaces are 12x12 (no power — plan accordingly)
• Set up: 7 AM – 10 AM (day of event)
• No reserved spots at this time

💵 Booth Fees:
• Artisans & Crafters: $35
• Commercial: $60
• Craft Food: $125
• Food & Drink: $250
• Non-Profit Booths: $20

📌 Important:
• Registration deadline: July 13, 2026
• Late fee of $10 if space is still available
• Food vendors require county permit & pre-approval
• Family-friendly displays only
• No electricity available

🚗 After setup, vehicles must be moved to the gravel lot near the baseball field

We hope you all enjoyed the 2025 Irrigon Watermelon Festival 👏👏👏🎆🎇

On behalf of the Watermelon Festival Committee:

We would like to give a BIG shout out to all of the entertainers, food truck and shopping vendors. All of our car show participants, parade attendees and last but not least Columbia View Church that serves a wonderful breakfast every year, Community Women’s Group for running the information booth, and Family Worship for serving pies and and melons all day and into the evening.

🗣️🗣️BIG BIG BIG THANK YOU to IRRIGON PARK DISTRICT, for working tirelessly to prepare the park and working all day to make sure the garbage cans were empty and the restrooms were stocked. You were extremely helpful and everywhere you were needed

🍉🍉Special thanks to the committee and their family’s for all the extra help and support they provide. My apologies if I left anyone out.

We appreciate everyone who came out and supported our wonderful community we call home 🏠.

I am unable to accept any more vendor applications. Please remember this event is ran by volunteers, we have full time jobs and families. If we missed a call or email have some grace or better yet volunteer.

If you have some better ideas on how things should run, please stay tuned for meeting info when we start planning for the 2026 Watermelon Festival, we are always happy to have volunteers.

Attention car show peeps!!!! Saturday morning if the festival starting at 8am you can show up and register!!! You register on site at the irrigon marina!!!!

Ok it is not too late to turn in your parade applications!!! The chamber office is open today and tomorrow from 11-3 she will have the applications ready!! You can fill them out and leave them there for me to pick up!!!

I would like to announce that Morrow County Oregon Dairy Princess Ambassador, Isabel will be in the Irrigon Watermelon Festival’s Parade and will also be at the Watermelon Festival. Princess Isabel will have some cute cow swag to handout and will be making her way around the festivities during the day. This is a great opportunity for any future princess wannabes to learn about the Oregon Dairy Princess Ambassador Program and all they do for the communities.

Welcome Princess Isabel 🥰🥰 we are so excited to have you join us this year.
