We apologize for our phone being out for at least a couple of weeks now. Spectrum had been contacted on three separate occasions only to find out that we were not even on their list for installation. They are supposed to expedite installation at this point. However, they have not given us a date. We appreciate your patience. You can still reach us by Facebook messenger.
