"As of today there are 77 homes who have not provided Cedar Mgmt with a signed copy of their pool rules agreement. If you have not provided a signed agreement by this Thursday your pool accesses card will be turned off until we receive a signed agreement.

The St Johns pool is scheduled to open May 10th. Please remember if you do not have a signed pool rules form on file by May 6th, or if you have a balance due to the HOA on that same day your pool card will not work on the 10th.

The St Johns annual pool opening party will be Saturday June 13th from 6 PM-9:30 PM. Food will be served at 6:30 PM and there will be a DJ for music. Come bring the family and have fun with your neighbors!

Please remember that glass of any kind is not allowed in the pool area.

The St Johns pool will reopen this Saturday at 9AM.

The pool was vandalized early on the morning of the 26th, someone dumped chemical(s) in the pool that caused it to turn a greenish / yellow. Although the pool contractor was able to clarify the water, the pool will be drained / cleaned / refilled to ensure the water is safe.

This process will likely take several days. We will provide an update when the pool reopens.
