The mission of the Israel Brooks Foundation is to provide financial support to graduating high school seniors and undergraduate college students seeking to pursue their dreams by achieving educational excellence. Vision Statement:
“Where there is no vision, the people perish.

” - Proverbs 29:18
The Israel Brooks Foundation’s vision is to create a community that actively supports young people’s dreams of educational excellence.
