When people join Team FCA, we want them to be teammates for life. No graduates. No alumni. No “used to be in FCAers”! Our goal is to reach athletes at every stage of life on every field, course, campus, court, and track. Part of our vision behind "FCA FOR LIFE" is for everyone to know that they can be a vital part of FCA as a teammate who can take the hope of the Gospel to every field, court, locker room, classroom, and team room in which they find themselves. Pray and ask God where your spot is on Team FCA.

Carroll Baker — who has spent over 20 years with FCA and another 20 years in campus ministry with Athletes in Action — was recently recognized by LexRich5.org as the Outstanding High School Mentor.

That kind of recognition doesn’t happen overnight. This is what happens when schools open their doors and allow trusted leaders to invest in the lives of coaches and athletes. Real relationships. Real impact. Eternal influence. It’s also the result of decades of steady faithfulness, investing in people, and saying “yes” to the Lord again and again.
