Good morning, Everyone ,

We have a little bit of bad news to share.

Last night’s paving operation did not go as planned. We will continue to work tonight but we will not be able to open the road to traffic until next week. We are planning to pave the intermediate lift next Tuesday night, and open the new road Wednesday morning! Thank you for your understanding and support!

Good afternoon, folks,

Exciting news!

We’re paving the new road next to Chipotle tonight with Base. Tomorrow night we will pave the intermediate course and open traffic on the new alignment Friday morning. With that, we will have multiple flagging operations tonight and tomorrow night from 7pm - 6am, in the area around Chipotle. Please drive safely and prepare to slow down!

Good afternoon, Everyone,

Due to unforeseen circumstances involving utilities on Salem Church, we will continue working tonight next to the Chipotle from 7pm - 6am with a flagging operation.

If you’ve driven through our work area and asked yourself, “why do they need to flag the road when they’re working behind plastic barrier wall and a great distance off the road?” Well, that’s a great question; It’s required by SCDOT specifications. We don’t enjoy slowing down traffic or putting our flaggers in the middle of the road, hoping you’ll see them at night, but it’s what we have to do! So, unless something changes, please drive safe around us.

It’s me again, your favorite, local contractor!

I forgot to mention that our work on Broad River next to Chipotle will also be tonight and Sunday night through Tuesday night. We’re installing storm drain, and grading for the new road. You’re going to love it. As always, please be safe and drive carefully around the work area!

We are planning a flagging operation tonight on Broad River road starting at 7pm until 5am. We will be around the Spinx and East Lake Community Church throughout the night, hauling off trees that were removed during the clearing process. Please drive safe and be aware of our workers!

If the rains, we will either delay or cancel the operation. Please bear with us!

Hey! Good afternoon, Everyone,

I apologize for the very late notice but I lost track of time. We will have a flagging operation on Broad River tonight from 7pm - 6am. The location will vary throughout the night but it will start around the Spinx on Woodrow first. Please expect traffic delays this evening. Please be safe, don’t drink and drive, and be mindful of our workers out there tonight!

Good morning, Everyone!!

We will have another flagging operation on Broad River tonight, 6/11, from 7pm-6am. We are continuing with clearing and tree removal from the shoulders of the road. The work will vary in location throughout the night, between Koon Road and Royal Tower Drive.

Please expect minor delays and be cautious around our workers!
