In leu of the recent spread of social media information. The Iowa Park Police Department feels it necessary to release limited information in reference to the situation.
A tragedy has recently fallen upon the Iowa Park Police Department. Sergeant Sherry Fowler has been absent from her duties with the department due to unforeseen medical complications not related to Covid-19. Sergeant Fowler has expressed her concern for her family's privacy during these trying times.
Currently the Staff of the Iowa Park Police Department and the City of Iowa Park request prayers from the community for Sergeant Fowler and her family. We have already seen the power of prayers and sincerely wish to thank those who have expressed concern.
We whole heartedly value our relationship with this community. There is no better feeling than to know that love and appreciation travels both directions in Iowa Park.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Hotdogs and Pink Lemonade Fundraiser today. We have raised $2,447.02 😁 We only need $1,791.37 to meet our goal of painting the Chief and Lieutenant with pink paint! Tickets are still on sale till the end of the month for the TV, Security System and IPAD raffle. Don't forget those tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. Stop by and buy some tickets at the PD

Raffle items and silent auction items are starting to pile up in my office. Come see us this Friday October 18th 11am to 1:30 pm @ 806 N.Third for our free lunch. We'll be selling raffle tickets for our 55"TV, which will be raffled off October 31st.
