We look forward to supporting Cadets Read again this year! 📚📖📚

Thank you, to those who gave to Iowa Falls RIF last school year! Every dollar was put back into building home libraries for our youngest Cadets!

We're getting ready for another great school year - lots of exciting news on the horizon - a new Board, new name and logo, and hopefully 501c3 status! (🤞)

The Greenbelt Humane Society is once again on our list of organizations to support — and we couldn’t be happier! We look forward to working with them again this year.

The Greenbelt Humane Society is a no-kill cat shelter that is totally non-profit and run by volunteers. We occasionally take in a lost dog and attempt to find their home or get them adopted. We adopt out an average of 150 cats per year. Some of the animals we take in are injured and require weeks of care before they are adoptable. We also run into very scared and aggressive cats that take time to tame and create enough trust to make them adoptable. We spay/neuter, vaccinate and micro-chip all the cats that come through our facility. Out veterinary costs run an average of $1500 per month. We have adopted cats as far as California and many in surrounding states and all over Iowa. Therefore we greatly appreciate your much needed donations.

We’re proud to have the library back on our list of organizations to support this year. We look forward to helping further their great work!

Thanks to funding from the Iowa Falls Community Chest we were able to purchase some Spanish language and bilingual materials!
We have a whole section of juvenile Spanish/bilingual books available for check out!

Your donations help keep vital programs like this running and make a difference for families right here at home. Thank you for supporting our community!

The Alden Food Pantry at 211 Main St. in Alden receives funding from many different sources, including an annual check they receive from the Iowa Falls and Alden Community Chest.
