We heard from Jim Herzog (left), President of the city Park and Rec board, today at our Rotary Club meeting. He told of the vigorous tree replanting taking place in the city now and the efforts and funding behind it. Shown presenting a donation check from the Rotary Club to Jim is Rotarian Prentice Lofstedt. Thank you Jim for taking time to visit our club today.

Rotary District  conference in Iowa Falls on May 2. Covers the north half of Iowa. Introductions by local dignitaries are Mayor Mike Emerson, Chamber Main St., Director Diana Thies and Barb Klein Ellsworth Community College Provost. Great turnout. District Governor Ward Budweg and his Board did a great job of organizing and planning the entire session.
