The 2026 Iowa League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Conference is in the books! Thank you to Gentle Family Dentists for sponsoring the event in Iowa City.

Special thanks to Muscatine High School’s Mariachi Perlas de Muscatine and their teacher Guillermo Najarro for providing music to kick off our event.

Thank you to LULAC Council 308 of Iowa City, University of Iowa Collegiate Council 373, LULAC Council 310 for their members’ contributions and efforts to plan the event. Thank you to LULAC Iowa under the leadership of Ed Moreno, for the first conference held since 2019.

Our thanks to Dr. Cynthia Orozco, the National LULAC Historian for being our keynote speaker.

We look forward to next year’s event on April 9-10, 2027.
