📢 Fullerton police officer intervenes and stops ICE agent from pointing a gun at a U.S. citizen 🇺🇸

Caught on video in Santa Ana, California, a plainclothes ICE agent got out of his vehicle and pointed a gun at a female driver he claimed was following and recording him — even though she hadn’t committed any crime. 

A Fullerton police officer, who was driving by, immediately stopped to assist after seeing an armed man pointing a gun at another person. The officer didn’t initially know who the armed man was, but once the man identified himself as an ICE agent and showed credentials, the Fullerton officer made something clear: recording and following someone in public is not a crime. 

The Fullerton officer refused to assist the ICE agent in detaining the woman simply for filming him, and the woman left the scene safely. 

This incident shows why every American should know their rights — and why local police sometimes have to step in to uphold them, even when federal agents are involved.

Record these people and ask for names and badge numbers and if taken without accountability RISE UP! We protect eachother by accountability. Anything less is false democracy and terrorism. Former NFL punter Chris Kluwe was arrested in California on Tuesday after protesting against what he said was a tribute to the Maga movement at a city council meeting in Huntington Beach. The following is his impassioned speech.

“As the community made clear at the library commission meeting last Tuesday, everyone is in favor of a plaque to celebrate the library, but the vast vast majority are against including a MAGA acrostic.

Unfortunately it's clear that this council does not listen. So instead I am going to take my time to say what MAGA has stood for these past three weeks.

MAGA stands for trying to erase trans people from existence. MAGA stands for re-segregation and racism. MAGA stands for censorship and book bans. MAGA stands for firing air traffic controllers while planes are crashing. MAGA stands for firing the people overseeing our nuclear arsenal. MAGA stands for firing military veterans and those serving them at the VA, including canceling research on veteran su***de. MAGA stands for cutting funds to education, including for disabled children. MAGA is profoundly corrupt, unmistakably anti democracy, and most importantly, MAGA is explicitly a N**i movement. You may have replaced a sw****ka with a red hat, but that is what it is.

I will now engage in the time-honored American tradition of peaceful civil disobedience.”

He was then arrested and escorted out of the building.
