August is National Breastfeeding Month, and it’s a good reminder that feeding a baby can come with questions and a lot of anxiety.

Breastfeeding can be beautiful, bonding and beneficial, but it can also feel confusing, emotional or harder than expected. Latch concerns, supply questions, pumping, pain, exhaustion and postpartum changes are all real things many moms walk through.

The good news? You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

At Informed Choices, we’re here to support women and families through pregnancy, parenting education and life with a new baby. Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding or doing a combination, support matters.
