We’re excited to share an incredible opportunity to support the Coach Neil Crane Allen Community College Fund—a fund that honors a beloved coach and helps ensure lasting support for Allen Community College, student-athletes, and athletic programs. We’re so close to reaching our goal and only about $21,000 away—and with your help, we can get there!

Brayton is an 2024 Allen alumnus and will be joining the Kansas Masonic Marching Band Camp staff for a third year! During his time at Allen, Brayton was active in Allen’s Music Department, and now attends Pittsburg State. Keep up the great work of giving back, Brayton!

If we had to choose one of our staff members who has “golden retriever energy”, Brayton would get our unanimous vote! Brayton is returning for his 3rd Masonic Band Camp and can’t wait to reunite with the gang for an awesome camp! Help us welcome him back!

Congratulations to Dr. Val McLean on being recognized as an inaugural honoree of the NJCAA’s Coaches Legacy Award! Coach McLean coached Allen’s Baseball team for many years, and saw an NJCAA World Series third place finish in 1983 and returned to the World Series in 2000. Coach McLean was inducted twice into Allen’s Athletics Hall of Fame as part of the inaugural class, once for his career as a coach at Allen and once with the 1983 World Series team. Congratulations, Coach!
