Notice for next month's auction!!
Next month's auction will be held at the Kerr McGee Center, November 12th from 6-8:30 PM. Our auction will be benefitting The North Pole Display. We are expecting a full house once again, I have made extra chips and paddles to hopefully accommodate everyone. Tony will be bringing us an amazing soup bar, all proceeds from this will go straight to him. We can accommodate more vendors as well, we will have up to 25 vendors next month. We will up the amount of auctions to 5 per vendor vs the normal 3. I will be posting these spots early, this Thursday, October 22nd. These spots are first come first serve, each vendor MUST claim their own spot. Spots will be $10 for this month to help offset the cost of the space rental and will need to be paid up front to hold your spot. If you have to back out, I will need 2 weeks notice, otherwise your fee will be forfeited. If you have any questions, please send me a message, I will be happy to answer them! Let's pack the house next month.
