BREWS for BLiNDNESS is the non-profit vision of the Rob Hage family from Inwood, IA. Their family is afflicted with a hereditary, blinding disease of the retina known as retinitis pigmentosa (RP). Their mission is to educate and create awareness of a cure and raise funding to make treatments possible and more affordable.

The details of the next multi-year campaign goals were unveiled to us this weekend. They are both exciting and ambitious:

To reach more than three million people, and to raise more than three billion dollars. Astonishly, we are already half way there!

We are so grateful and honored to play a small part in this University-wide campaign and for you to ride along with us.

In tandem with the timing of all this is the realistic hope of delivering an affordable cure for blindness from AMD and RP before this campaign ends!
