Big News: Meet Us at Liberty Park!

We have some exciting news to share! Crystal River Take a Soldier Fishing will be officially set up at the Nature Coast Outdoor & Recreation Expo in Inverness!

🗓️ When: Friday, March 13th (10am – 6pm) & Saturday, March 14th (9am – 5pm) 📍 Where: Liberty Park, Inverness 🎟️ Cost: FREE Admission & FREE Parking!

Come stop by our booth to meet our team and learn more about our mission to support Citrus County veterans through the healing power of the water and the grace of Jesus. We’d love to talk to you about our upcoming monthly events and our big plans for the 2026 Annual Tournament.

On This Day: 1914

The Navy’s modest aviation force, which consists of nine officers, 23 enlisted personnel, and seven aircraft, arrives at Pensacola, Florida, to establish the first aeronautic station. Facilities at the recently closed navy yard are in a state of disrepair, and tent hangars are erected on shore to protect the flying machines against the Florida sun.
