Let’s Talk About Loneliness in Young People 👥
Because everyone needs someone to talk to.
Loneliness affects young people more than many realize. About 21% of teens report feeling lonely, and many keep those feelings to themselves, making it hard for others to know when they need support.
You can make a difference by choosing to check in. A simple message, a quick call, or a few kind words can remind someone they matter. You never know what someone is going through, and your small act of care might be exactly what they need.

Let’s Talk About Caring for Older Adults 🧓
Because everyone needs someone to talk to.
Loneliness is more common among older adults than many people realize. 43% of older adults report feeling lonely, and many experience it quietly without reaching out for support.
You can make a meaningful difference by choosing to show up, even briefly. Even short visits matter more than you think. A quick check‑in, a shared cup of coffee, or a few minutes of conversation can remind someone that they are valued and not alone.

Let’s Talk About Loneliness in Older Adults 📱
Because everyone needs someone to talk to.
Loneliness affects people of all ages, but it is especially common among older adults. More than one‑third of older adults report feeling lonely, and many experience it quietly without telling anyone.
You can make a difference by choosing to reach out and connect. Sometimes the simplest action matters most. Answer the phone when someone calls, return a message, or take a moment to check in. These small gestures can remind someone that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Let’s Talk About Cyberbullying 💻
Because everyone needs someone to talk to.

Cyberbullying is more common than many people realize. Over half of teens who go to school experience cyberbullying, and it is often very hard to tell when someone is being targeted online.

You can make a difference by choosing to be a helper, not a bully. Offer support, reach out when something feels off, and help create online spaces where kindness is the norm. Even small actions can interrupt harmful behavior and show someone they are not alone.
