The 2026 hardware has arrived. 🏅✨

Before kicking off our Sunday miles, our team got the first look at this year's official finisher medals: the gold 5K Finisher medal and the Kids Run medal.

Both celebrate a milestone: 30 years of Zaman empowering local women and breaking the cycle of poverty. When you cross the finish line this Saturday, you're taking home proof of what our community can build together.

Only 6 days to go. Lace up with the Zaman Detroit Run Team and earn yours this Saturday, September 19th, at Ford Field Park in Dearborn!

11 years of pounding the pavement, lifting each other up, and running for a cause much bigger than ourselves.

Today, the Zaman Run Team came together to celebrate 11 years of community, endurance, and impact. What started over a decade ago with a simple goal, running and bringing people together to do good work, has grown into a movement spanning hundreds of runners running locally, nationally, and globally.

From first miles at our 7 am Sunday group runs, to crewing our ultramarathoners to 200-mile relays across Michigan, this team has continually paired discipline with purpose. Wearing Zaman on our backs, we've helped raise over $300,000 for local programs and generated more than $1 million in global impact to help break the cycle of poverty.

The Zaman Run Team is more than a run club; it's an inspiring community challenging limits and uplifting families who need a hand up.

Here's to 11 years of milestones, memories, and countless miles ahead. 💙🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Sisterhood, discipline, and building confidence one mile at a time. 🏃‍♀️✨

Meet Gabriella and Saleena. As part of our 2nd Annual Let's Move Youth Running Program, these two sisters have been showing up, putting in the work, and inspiring us all as they train for the Zaman Run Walk Picnic 5K.

The Let's Move Youth Running Program is about more than just crossing a finish line—it is about empowering the next generation with healthy habits, teamwork, and the resilience to conquer any goal they set their minds to. Hearing Gabriella and Saleena talk about their journey reminds us exactly why we run.

They’re ready for the 5K at the Zaman Run Walk Picnic—are you?

👟 Join the entire community on race day. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your presence fuels programs like this that lift up our youth and families across our community.

In honor of Mother's Day, the poured their hearts into our annual cleanup at the Zaman Plots for Tots Cemetery.

For the mothers visiting today, we want you to know that your children are remembered, and this space was beautified with love. It is a profound honor to give back and help ensure these little ones are never forgotten.

To everyone who has contributed to making this special place possible, thank you. If you would like to learn more about the Plots for Tots program or to contribute, please visit ZamanInternational.org.
