A NOTE TO SELF | THE FINALE

For the past few weeks, we’ve talked about rest, peace, boundaries, connection, sisterhood, receiving support, and giving women their flowers.

But here’s the part that matters most:

Don’t let these become things you only practiced in August.

Carry them with you.

Keep protecting your peace.
Keep checking on your people.
Keep asking for help.
Keep saying the beautiful thing out loud.
Keep making room for yourself in the life you work so hard to build.

Self-care was never meant to be a moment.

It’s a way of returning to yourself - again and again.

A note to self…Sometimes we wait until a woman is tired, discouraged, gone quiet-or gone altogether-before we finally say what she meant to us.

Not today.

If you see her strength, say it.
If you admire her heart, tell her.
If her presence has made your life better, let her know.

Give her the flowers while she can still hold them.

There is enough room for all of us to shine. Celebrating another woman does not dim your light-it strengthens the whole circle.

Sisterhood isn’t only about showing up for others. It’s allowing someone to show up for you, too.

You don’t always have to say, “I’m fine.” You don’t always have to have the answer.
You don’t always have to carry the room.
