Ingram Fire Department was dispatched to a major accident this evening. Units arrived on scene and went into action! Initial striking vehicle had left scene leaving a huge section of guardrail in the road unfortunately causing another accident, fortunately no injuries reported in second vehicle.

Firefighters worked together to cut and remove the big section of guardrail so the road would be open and passable.

Big shoutout to Tony Gallucci for a few amazing pictures of our firefighters in action!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who are impacted by the loss of life in the DC crash. It is a catastrophic event altering the lives of those left behind. As the days, weeks, months, and years pass anything could trigger a memory. We honor and care for the lives lost and always will. As a first responder please care about yourselves and each other. It is never a bad thing to reach out ask for help and talk it out. First responders do the job at the time in a professional manner, we are all unique humans situations like this take a toll maybe not today but someday.
