The best kind of love is self-love. It is so important to love yourself first. When you put this in practice, you gain confidence, learn to say no, make healthier choices, and stop seeking everyone else's approval.

Start making it a conscience practice to love yourself first.

Strengthening Emotional Resilience in Children & Teens through Art

Take a deeper dive into one of the most powerful emotional resiliency-building art tools, based on parent and educator feedback: the emoji. These simple, yet profoundly impactful icons are accessible, relatable, and hold untapped power to increase tolerance of conflicting emotions, expedite problem solving, and stimulate meaningful conversation. Join us for a close up, hands-on look at building emotional, social, and cognitive resiliency—all through the nuanced use of emojis.

Attendees will walk away with immediately applicable tools to use with children and teens. Attendees will also strengthen their skills to thoughtfully adjust an art activity to fit targeted goals and needs.

Those who sign up will receive a special handout with instructions for key activities from the workshop. The session will be followed by a ten-minute Q&A.

🌧️☀️ Like a coin has two sides, pain and happiness are two sides of our life. To cope up with your pain it is better to accept it in your life. We can understand that sometimes it is hard to go through pain. During those times, we think of leaving everything. We also think that everything is finished. However, it is not true. You must understand that pain is one of the vital things in our life. It makes us strong and teaches us some of the most important lessons in our life.

Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. However, people with anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations.

These feelings of anxiety and panic interfere with daily activities, are difficult to control, are out of proportion to the actual danger, and can last a long time.

Stress management techniques and meditation can help people with anxiety disorders calm themselves and may enhance the effects of art therapy.
