Saturday, August 8: From our Race Team: winds have unexpectedly picked up beyond our FAA waiver, and they are not letting up in time to fly the evening task. Instead, pilots will be staying at the balloon field waiting for calmer winds to do a static display, followed by Welcome to our Ballooniverse 3D Drone Show at dark! Front and center on the field will be Leroy Clair, 2026 Champion, from Carlisle, Iowa!
