Only a few weeks away! 💜 We are opening the doors at Joy’s House Broad Ripple on June 24 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., and we would love to see you there.

This year, we are gathering again with music, therapy dogs from Paws and Think, Chick fil A nuggets, sweet lemonade, and plenty of time to walk through the house, meet our team, and learn more about Adult Day Services and caregiver support.

Bring a friend, invite a caregiver in your life, or stop by just to say hello. We are so grateful to CenterWell Senior Primary Care for helping make this evening possible, and we cannot wait to welcome you!

We want to begin by saying thank you.

Thank you to every family who trusted Joy’s House with your loved one at our UIndy location. Choosing adult day services is not a small decision, and we have always understood the weight and the privilege of being invited into your lives.

With grateful hearts, we want to share that our last day of services at Joy’s House UIndy was May 29, 2026.

Joy’s House is still here, and our mission continues. Our Broad Ripple location remains open and is accepting new families for adult day services and caregiver support.

This was not a quick or easy decision. For years, our UIndy house has been filled with favorite songs, good conversations, creative projects, and familiar faces. We are deeply thankful for the Guests, caregivers, staff, volunteers, students, and supporters who made this house what it was.

On the final day, our Guests created a craft together, one more shared piece of the story they built in that space.

To our UIndy families, thank you for letting us be part of your story.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Death Café last night! We had a wonderful turnout and a room full of people showing up with care for one another.

For Miss Ann’s Wish Day, she asked for glitz and glamour, so naturally Joy’s House turned into a beauty salon, karaoke lounge, and Steven Seagal fan club.

Guests stopped by different stations for nails, hair, and makeup, and portraits of Miss Ann’s favorite guy lined the house. Then we brought out karaoke for some of her favorite 70s songs, because no glam day is complete without a little singing.

A special thank you to St. Croix Hospice and The Beauty Bear for providing education and support for this event and helping us celebrate Miss Ann in a way that was completely, wonderfully her.
